Compact and smooth in operation
The Flex-Roll Trailer 6.3 m is a reliable trailer designed for transporting smaller boats. With overall dimensions of 630 × 220 cm, this is the most compact model within the Flex-Roll range.
Practical load capacity
The trailer has an unladen weight of 400 kg and a payload capacity of 1400 kg, making it suitable for a wide range of lightweight boats. Equipped with -1×1800 kg axle, the trailer offers a solid and dependable base with stable and comfortable handling, both on short journeys and longer distances.
Flex-Roll system
This trailer is fitted with the Flex-Roll system and features two 240 cm Flex-Roll assemblies at the rear and two 60 cm assemblies at the front. Together, these Flex-Rolls incorporate a total of 24 wheels made from microcellular polyurethane foam. This material consists of thousands of microscopic cells in a honeycomb structure, making the rollers strong, flexible and highly wear-resistant. Compared to traditional pneumatic tyres, they offer a longer service life, are non-marking and fully recyclable.
Stable support during transport
The 6.3 m boat trailer is equipped as standard with Flex-Rolls with a diameter of 25 cm, ensuring smooth and stable guidance of the boat during loading, unloading and transport. Thanks to the height- and width-adjustable system, the rollers can be precisely adjusted to match the shape of your boat. The bow support is also adjustable both horizontally and vertically, providing optimal support during transport. Additional Flex-Rolls can be fitted if required.
For a clean and durable finish, the trailer is fitted with waterproof, fold-away LED lighting. All wiring is neatly integrated into the chassis and connected via a 13-pin plug.
