The Flex-Roll Trailer 8.4 m is a stable and reliable trailer designed for transporting larger boats. With overall dimensions of 840 × 255 cm, this model offers generous support and a solid base for a wide range of hull shapes.
Generous load capacity for additional options
The trailer has an unladen weight of 660 kg and a payload capacity of 2840 kg, making it suitable for various types of lighter boats. Thanks to the 3×1350 kg axles, the trailer provides a dependable base with comfortable and stable handling, both on short journeys and longer distances.
Flex-Roll system
This trailer is equipped with the Flex-Roll system and features two 360 cm Flex-Roll assemblies at the rear and two 60 cm assemblies at the front. Together, these Flex-Rolls incorporate a total of 28 wheels made from microcellular polyurethane foam. This material consists of small cells in a honeycomb structure, making the rollers durable, dimensionally stable and wear-resistant. The Flex-Rolls are non-marking and fully recyclable.
Stable support during transport
The 8.4 m boat trailer is fitted as standard with Flex-Rolls with a diameter of 25 cm, ensuring smooth and stable guidance of the boat during loading, unloading and transport. Thanks to the height- and width-adjustable system, the rollers can be precisely adjusted to suit the shape of your boat. The bow support is also adjustable both horizontally and vertically, providing optimal support during transport. Additional Flex-Rolls can be added if required.
For a clean and durable finish, the trailer is fitted with waterproof, fold-away LED lighting. All wiring is neatly integrated into the chassis and connected via a 13-pin plug.
