The Flex-Roll Trailer 7.8 m is a reliable trailer designed for transporting medium to larger boats. With overall dimensions of 780 × 220 cm, this model provides a stable base and excellent support for a wide range of hull shapes.
Practical load capacity
The trailer has an unladen weight of 660 kg and a payload capacity of 2840 kg, making it suitable for various types of lighter boats. Thanks to the 3×1350 kg axles, the trailer offers a dependable base with comfortable and stable handling, both on short journeys and longer distances.
Flex-Roll system
This trailer is equipped with the Flex-Roll system and features two 360 cm Flex-Roll assemblies at the rear and two 60 cm assemblies at the front. Together, these Flex-Rolls incorporate a total of 28 wheels made from microcellular polyurethane foam. This material consists of small cells arranged in a honeycomb structure, providing durability, flexibility and long-term shape retention. The rollers are wear-resistant, non-marking and fully recyclable.
Stable support during transport
The 7.8 m boat trailer is equipped as standard with Flex-Rolls with a diameter of 25 cm, ensuring smooth and stable guidance of the boat during loading, unloading and transport. Thanks to the height- and width-adjustable system, the rollers can be precisely adjusted to match the shape of your boat. The bow support is also adjustable both horizontally and vertically, providing optimal support during transport. Additional Flex-Rolls can be fitted if required.
For a clean and durable finish, the trailer is fitted with waterproof, fold-away LED lighting. All wiring is neatly integrated into the chassis and connected via a 13-pin plug.
