Maximum length and stability for large boats
The Flex-Roll Trailer 10 m is designed for the safe transport of larger and longer boats. With overall dimensions of 1000 × 255 cm, this trailer offers generous support and a stable base, both during transport and when loading and unloading.
High load capacity for additional equipment
The trailer has an unladen weight of 750 kg and a payload capacity of 2750 kg, making it suitable for various types of lighter boats. Thanks to the 3×1350 kg axles, the trailer provides a reliable base with comfortable and stable driving characteristics, both on short journeys and longer distances.
Flex-Roll system
This trailer is equipped with the Flex-Roll system and features two 360 cm Flex-Roll assemblies at the rear and four 60 cm assemblies at the front. Together, these Flex-Rolls incorporate a total of 36 wheels made from microcellular polyurethane foam. This material has a honeycomb structure with small cells, providing excellent durability, flexibility and wear resistance. The Flex-Rolls are non-marking and fully recyclable.
Stable support during transport
The 10 m boat trailer is fitted as standard with Flex-Rolls with a diameter of 25 cm, ensuring smooth and stable guidance of the boat during loading, unloading and transport. Thanks to the height- and width-adjustable system, the rollers can be precisely adjusted to match the shape of your boat. The bow support is also adjustable both horizontally and vertically, providing optimal support during transport. Additional Flex-Rolls can be added if required.
For a clean and durable finish, the trailer is fitted with waterproof, fold-away LED lighting. All wiring is neatly integrated into the chassis and connected via a 13-pin plug.
